Das Dach ist fertig, die Eingangstuer und alle Fenster sind drin. Am Montag geht es weiter mit den Elektroinstallationen.
The roof is done, the entrance door and all Windows have been installed. Follow on on Monday with the electrical installatons.
Le toit est termine, la porte d'entree et toutes les fenetres sont montees. Lundi on continue avec les installation electriques.

Le mur sur le cote nord qui reliera le duplex ainsi que le cote arriere de la maison.
Die Suedseite und der Hinterhof. The Southside and the backyard. Cote sud et l'arriere de la maison.
Die Dachfenster an der Frontseite (Suedwest). The storefront (southwest) with the roof-light. Les tabatieres de la facade (cote sud-ouest).
Lattung fuer die Dachziegel. The battens are ready to receive the roof-tiles. Les lattes carrees pour recevoir les tuiles.
Die Lattung kommt auf die Dachfolie. Mounting of the battens on the geomembrane. Montage des lattes sur un film plastique.
Die Dachfolie wird eingebracht. The geomembrane is installed. Mise en place du film plastique qui a une fonction respiratoire.

Der Firstbalken liegt, es kann mit dem Dachstuhl los gehen. The first balk is installed, we are ready for the roof framework. La poutre est montee, prete a recevoir la charpente.
Am ersten Tag war der Kran bis spaet in die Nacht (22:30) im Einsatz. At the first day, the crane was in full activity untill late in the night (10:30pm). La grue etait en activite le premier jour jusque tres tard dans la nuit. Les travaux se sont etires le soir jusqu'a 22:30.
Ein Balken schwebt in der Luft. A balk is flying over the construction skeleton. Une poutre survole le gros oeuvre.
Ein Teil der Dachgeschossdecke auf dem Weg zum Einbau. A part of the 2nd floor ceiling will be mounted. Un bout de plafond du 1er etage va etre mis en place.

Die 4 ersten Waende sind eingebracht. Zur Unterstuetzung kommt eine Innenwand dazu. The 4 first walls are installed and will be supported by an interior wall.
Les 4 premiers murs sont mis en place et la 1ere paroi arrive.
Die Suedwand wird montiert. The wall to the southside will be installed. Le mur donnant sur le sud sera monte.
Suedoest Sicht. Sonnenschein, blauer Himmel. Southest view. Sunshine and blue sky. Vue du sud-est. La journee s'annonce belle.
Das ganze Haus auf einem 21 m Sattelzug. The whole house on a 21m (70ft) trailer truck. La maison complete sur un camion remorque de 21m de long.
Am Montag, den 20. April war der Rohbautermin angesetzt. Puenktlich um 06:30 kam der Kran und brachte einen herrlichen Sonnentag mit. Kurz danach brachte der Sattelzug das Haus und los ging es mit der Montage. 16 Stunden waren die Jungs im Einsatz bis 22:30. Am naechsten Tag waren sie fast genausolang da und am Donnerstag konnte die Abnahme erfolgen. Am 27.04.09 geht es weiter mit der Inneninstallation.The schedule for the building shell was on Monday, April 20th. That was a nice sunny Day. The crane arrived at 06:30am and short after that the the trailer truck brought the house. The workers staid at the construction site untill 10:30pm. 3 days later, they gave me the building shell in presence of an assessor. On April, 27th we wil go on wih the electrical and heating installation.
Le debut du gros oeuvre etait prevu pour le 20 avril. La grue etait la a 06:30 du matin par un temps ensoleillee. Peu apres arriva le camion remorque avec la maison. Le montage a dure ce jour la jusqu'a 22:30. Le jeudi, 4 jours apres le gros oeuvre etait termine apres verification d'un expert. Apres demain, le 27 on continuera avec les installations electriques et de chauffage.
