Die Situation hat sich jetzt entspannt und ich finde sogar Zeit nach fast 3 Monate diesen Blog zu updaten. Verzeiht mir. Jetzt fehlen nur noch die Terrasse und die Gartenanlage. Ich bleibe jetzt dran und versuche die naechsten Wochen die restlichen Bilder hier zu posten.

I apologyze for 3 months silence, but now that everything is almost done (working on the patio and the back yard) I will try to post all the remaining pictures in the next weeks.

Presque 3 mois sont passes sans que je ne puisse actualiser ce blog. Toutes mes excuses. Maintenant que tout est termine, a l'exception de la terrasse et de la cours je m'efforcerai les semaines qui suivent de vous mettre a jours sur ce qui c'est passe.

So sieht das geflieste Bad aus. The tiled bathroom. Une salle de bain est deja carrelee.

Endlich sind die Treppen da. Schluss mit der Leiterkonstruktion jeden Morgen. Meine Knie freuen sich. The wood stairs arrived finally to replace the ladder that damaged my knees :-). L'escalier est monte et remplace la construction d'echelles qui m'a presque rendu invalide :-).

Der Boden wird fuer die Bodenplatte vorbereitet. Preparation for the baseplatte where the heat pump will stay. Preparation pour le dalle sur laquelle sera posee la pompe a chaleur.

Der Estrich / The anhydrite floor / La chape de beton

Der Estrich ist nach 3 Tagen begehbar und nach 5 Tagen belastbar aber braucht noch 4 bis 6 Wochen um zu trockenen. The floor can be walk on after 3 days, but will need 4 bis 6 weeks get dry and ready for the tiles. Apres 3 jours on peu deja marcher sur la chape, mais elle a besoin de 4 a 6 semaines pour secher completement.

Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Living and dining room. Salon et salle a manger.


So kann ein Keller nach starkem Regen aussehen. Leider fuer uns, wurde an dem Tag der Estrich eingebaut :-(. The anhydrite floor was spilled and 3 hours later we got a storm and the water cameback from the water channnel floating the cellar. 3 heures apres la mise en place de la chape, il y a eu un orage qui a repousser l'eau du canal inondant ainsi la cave.

Die kleine Tauchpumpe hatte 3 Stunden lang zu tun.

Verteilen des Estrichs.
Die Hoehe des Estrichs wird auf 6,5 cm eingestellt. Adjustement auf the anhydrite floor of  2,5 inches thickness. Ajustement de l'epaisseur de la chape a 6,5 cm.
Ein Heizkreisverteiler. A heating circuit distributor. Un circuit de chauffage.
Anschluss der Fussbodenheizung an den Heizkreisverteiler. Connection of the underfloor heating to the heating circuit distributor. Le plancher chauffant est connecte au distributeur de chauffage.

Zuerst die PE Folie zur Bodenisolation, dann die Styroporplatten. The floor is cover with a membrane and then with a styrofoam before installing the underfloor heating. Le sol est d'abord couvert d'un film de protection, puis des plaque de polystyrene.
Daemmung an der Abseite war fast vergessen. Rest of insulation. Cette partie a presque ete oubliee.

Der Estrich wird gerade angeruehrt. The contain is mixed. Le melange des ingredients.

Hier drin ist Sand und Calciumsulfat die am Ende mit Wasser zu Estrich gemixt werden. In this container, there are sand, calciumsulfat which will be mixt with water to become anhydrite floor. Ce camion contient du sable, du sulfate de calcium qui seront melanger a l'eau pour devenir la chape de beton.
